For the past five years, the Northeast Georgia and Western North Carolina Home & Garden Show has come to the Union County Sports Center. And 2026 will be no different, with the popular showcase event returning this Saturday, July 25, and Sunday, July 26.
About 40 vendors have signed up to participate this year, and they carry a variety of goods and services for both inside and outside the home.

For example, homeowners can find help with gutters and lawncare services after checking out cooking demonstrations on kitchenware sets or picking out a new mattress. It’s worth noting that all vendors are local to the area.
Admission to the Home & Garden Shows is free. Along with the organizations and businesses on display over the weekend, the first 80 guests to arrive Saturday and Sunday mornings will receive a free decorative plant, and there will be giveaways each day for things like gift cards.
“We really want this to be an opportunity to not just bring people together, but also create a chance for connection,” divulged Expo Management, Inc. President Nonya Collier, adding that the experience is great not just for visitors, but for vendors and organizers to also make connections. That way, more data can be gathered about what area homeowners need, better curating the show’s experience.
Collier has a passion for establishing those kinds of connections in this space. It works out well, considering Expo Management’s focus on home and garden events that help people make their homes more like they envision them.
“I definitely have a strong vision for just home and garden especially as being a space that can sometimes feel very stressful,” Collier said. “When people are trying to navigate who to trust to bring in their home, I’m just really excited – that can be something we can do as a community.”
The Northeast Georgia and Western North Carolina Home & Garden Show will be held at the Union County Sports Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The Sports Center is located at 519 Industrial Boulevard in Blairsville, across from Union County High.
