Ms. Leigh-Anne O’Hara, age 65 of Tilly Farm Rd, Ellijay, GA passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 26, 2026, at her family’s home following an extended illness. Ms. O’Hara was born on June 27, 1961, in Woodbury, NJ, the daughter of the late John O’Hara and the late Lorraine Sipple O’Hara. Leigh-Anne was a loving and caring sister and aunt. She enjoyed baking and loved taking care of her fur baby, Lacy. Ms. O’Hara was preceded in death by her parents and brothers; William O’Hara, Timothy O’Hara, and John (Jack) O’Hara. Leigh-Anne was of the Christian faith.

Surviving Ms. O’Hara are her sister in laws; Eileen O’Hara of Blairsville, GA, Dawn O’Hara of Swedesboro, NJ, nieces and nephews; Amy Scheetz of NJ, Keith O’Hara of NJ, Jennifer Mayer of Blairsville, GA, Ryan O’Hara of NJ, Kristie Benntley of Blairsville, GA, Tara Applegate of NJ, Shawn O’Hara of Blairsville, and several cousins, great and great-great nieces and nephews. Many other relatives and friends also survive.
A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced.
