Wayne Oliver Garland, aka Toad, three counts possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; driving while license suspended.
Anthony Wayne Powers-Polise, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; reckless driving; obstruction of an officer; failure to maintain brake lights in good working condition.
David Warren Gearin, identity fraud; two counts making a false statement; giving false information to a law enforcement officer.
William Michael Curley, two counts aggravated assault; driving under the influence (less safe) (alcohol); two counts aggressive driving; reckless driving; speeding; open container; impeding traffic flow.
Peter James Wexel, serious injury by vessel; operating a vessel under the influence (less safe) (alcohol); violation of rules of the road for boat traffic.
Kyrene Smeltzer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Mike Milton Wigley, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute; illegal substances near schools; possession of methamphetamine; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; carrying weapons within certain school areas; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug-related objects.
Katherine Rae McEwen, aka Katherine Rae Anderson, four counts fraud or theft in obtaining controlled substance.
Edith Virginia Thomas, four counts fraud or theft in obtaining controlled substance.
Gary L Dockery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Heather LeeAnn Coleman, possession of methamphetamine; possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; possession of marijuana, less than an ounce; possession of drug-related objects.
Trevor Phicko Ross, possession of methamphetamine; driving while license suspended.
